What is the speed limit for driving the Polaris® during the tour?

The Polaris® (RZR) is primarily used as a means of transportation to reach the cenotes.

The tour does not involve high-speed racing, and it is not a racing circuit. It is essential for tourists to understand that spins or drifts are not allowed due to safety reasons.

The main focus of the tour is to enjoy the journey to the cenotes and experience the natural beauty along the way.

Are there any restrictions for this tour?

This tour is not recommended for those with limited mobility, back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, or individuals over 280lbs (127 kg) in weight.

Is any alcohol included during the tour?

No, alcohol is not included during the tour.

Additionally, individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour.

Is a vehicle insurance included?

No, a deposit of 2500 USD or a Passport is required as a security deposit in case there is any damage to the vehicle.

Insurance for personal injuries is already included in the price.

What's the minimum age for driving the Polaris®?

The minimum age for driving the Polaris® is 16 years old with a valid driver's license ID.

Can the Polaris® be driven out of the jungle?

No, the Polaris® is driven only on the jungle track, as we have already established a logistical plan for the tour timings.
