I. Initiation of Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be initiated by email at email@example.com
- Notifications by phone or text message are not accepted.
II. Non-Valid Reasons for Cancellation:
1. General Weather Policy:
- Bad weather is not considered a valid reason for cancellation of tours, with specific exceptions for water activities.
2. Water Activities (e.g., Snorkeling, Sailing):
- Water activities are subject to cancellation only when port authorities officially close the port due to weather conditions.
- In the event of port closure, the affected tour will be rescheduled.
c. Full Refund:
- If you are departing the destination and rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be provided.
This policy ensures that tours are conducted with adherence to safety guidelines while also offering flexibility for unique circumstances such as port closures.
III. Special Cases:
- Major force cancellations may be negotiated for an agreement.
- Verification for cancellation will be requested.
IV. Refund Policy:
a. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before the Tour:
- 30% cancellation fee on the total cost of canceled services.
b. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Tour or No Show:
- No refund will be provided; the client shall be obligated to pay the full fee, amounting to 100% of the cost for the reserved services.
c. Flight Delay:
- Clients utilizing our airport pick-up service are kindly requested to notify us promptly in the event of any flight delays or cancellations, so that appropriate adjustments to the pick-up schedule may be made.
e. Method of Refund:
- Refunds processed through the same payment method, the client covers any necessary costs/commissions.
V. Cancellations by Xaman-Ha Connections:
a. Rescheduling Efforts:
- Attempts will be made to reschedule the tour.
b. Refunding the Deposit:
- If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded within the next 10 business days.
