Yes, our private transfer from Tulum Airport is exclusively for you. You will never be grouped with other travelers or placed on a shared route.
Our private transfer service covers destinations along the Riviera Maya corridor south of Tulum, including Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Playa del Carmen. We do not currently operate this route into Cancun. TQO itself sits about 40 km south of Tulum, roughly a 40 to 55 minute drive to Tulum town and the Tulum Hotel Zone.
The drive from Tulum Airport to Playa del Carmen covers about 104 km along the Riviera Maya coastal highway, typically 1.5 hours depending on traffic. It is one of the longer routes we cover, connecting two of the region’s most popular destinations.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area of Tulum Airport (TQO) holding a sign with your name. We also send you the driver’s name and a direct contact number by WhatsApp or email before your flight lands, so you can reach them any time.
