- Tour duration: The guided walking tour of Teotihuacán lasts approximately 2–3 hours after breakfast.
- Balloon flight type: The hot air balloon flight is shared with other passengers. It is not a private flight.
- Weight limit: Maximum weight per passenger is 110 kg (242 lbs). Passengers up to 145 kg (319 lbs) may be accommodated for an additional fee of $1,400 MXN.
- Minimum age: Children must be at least 6 years old.
- Health advisory: This experience is not recommended for guests with back problems or heart conditions.
- Weather policy: If the flight is canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or request a full refund for the balloon portion.
- Cancellation for illness: A medical note is required, and you must notify us by the evening before the tour.
