- A round-trip ferry ticket to Cozumel, priced at $30 USD per person, is required to be paid at the dock
- Minimum age requirement: 8 years. Child pricing is available for ages 8 to 11 years
- Snorkeling participants must be in good physical condition
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted
- This tour is not advisable for individuals with heart or respiratory issues, as well as back or neck injuries
- Please allocate an average of 2.5 hours for transportation per way related to this tour. This includes a one-hour ferry ride to Cozumel and the travel time from your hotel
- Small Group Experience: This tour is designed for a small group of up to 15 participants for a more personal experience
